How to do a date and time command for example "-date"
then you get in response "2017-09-16 and 18:17"

At the current moment, there is no date retrieval action. It sounds like a good idea, so expect it within a future update!

In the mean time, you can try and use "Run Script" to get the date.

 String(new Date()) 

Place that code into the text box, then set the "Run Script" to store into a variable, and it should store the date text!
