Mute command not working?

For reason the default mute command just does not seem to work for me. I'm not sure why.
For context, I started a new project and used the "Moderation Commands" template.
Kicking and banning work just fine...
But for whatever reason, the mute command doesn't work.

Any ideas?

The mute command is for muting someone from voice chat. If you are trying to mute them from text chat you might want to mess around with the find user and delete message actions. You can probably work out some way to automatically delete the messages they send :)

That would probably be a much better idea. Faster and easier :).
