not able to display chinese character properly

my main language display for my win10 is eng, even after switching it manually to chinese via the window setting its still not displaying any chinese character in game. any advice?

You need to add Chinese language package in "Region and Language Settings" in Windows 10 and re-start the computer in order to normally play the game.

If adding the language pack doesn't help, try changing the system locale entirely.

Settings>Time&Language>Additional date, time, & regional settings>Change location>Administrative>(Language for non-Unicode programs) Change system locale...>Chinese (Simplified, China)>OK>Restart
