This is where my mod is isntall via steam but idk how to move it in there if I do that it keeps redownloading

Check cache in properties, it will find lost files and redownload it

Tried that didn't work it launches the mod but when I press to launch the game it doesn't work

No I mean I checked the cache and reinstall the game but it doesn't launch the game.

Ok fixed it just reinstalled it and fixed it....7th time the charm I guess lol

i have same problem..... no luch after clicked 1 2 3 option..... is there i guideline how to install it properly? somehow i believe it does not see reliccoh.exe

Did you install in the same directory because if its not it gives that error
