C++ 2015 Runtime problem... please help me - I don't want to refund this game

I have Hatred (UE4) and the UE4 benchmark program runs just fine..
I had this same problem with Abzu and Sword and sauce... Had to refund them...

The game wants me to install c++ 2015... but it doesn't complete the instation:
Tried the UE4PrereqSetup_x64 and installing c++ 2015 directly (downloaded from Microsoft site)
It doesn't install and tells me I have newer version (2017)

With Abzu (identical problem) I had players telling me I don't have the PC for it.. (bs)

I play games like Elite:Dangerous, Doom 4, Witcher 3 smoothly on high settings... Im beyond the minimal requirements to run the game.

and devs recommending people to completly format and reinstall their OS.. (please don't ask me to do that... I just bought 2 new games and had no problem with them... I enjoy helping good games in Early access... but a seller can't just ask you to mess with the OS because of one)

I really want to play Helium Rain... but... I cant just reinstall the whole system to do that(nobody should)

I use Windows 7 64 bits.. and Really hope you can help me with this...

Hi there, sorry that you're having trouble with the game.

Could you try uninstalling the Visual C++ 2017 runtime, running UE4PrereqSetup_x64 again and then reinstall the 2017 C++ runtime ?
