So how exactly do the crew members work?

If I for example get a crew member that places more stunt objects on tracks and I join a lobby with someone else already on it, will it just make more ramps appear for him as well or will only I see extra ramps and look like I'm flying to him?

Hey there! If you're in a seed with someone while you've got a track crew member on, they will have picked that crew member too!
