How do you tail whip and tuck no hander?

I've figured out how to do most of the other new tricks but I have no idea how to do a tail whip or the tuck no hander.

That's barspin, actually. Tailwhip is when you flick the stick down + left or right.

Also, the trick is exclusive to the Hardtail (and so are all the new tricks, actually).

tuck no hander is up on the right stick and lb, tailwhip is down right or down left on the right stick plus lb. note these only work on the hardtail and not the dh or enduro bike.
