Unlocking volcano?

Hi, ive completed the game twice and now there are no more firerings on the boss jumps. But the volcano still hasent opened how do i unlock it? Thanks.

Hey mate, I had thought this way too, but...

Changes:
Volcano:
- A new 5th environment, a completely different challenge, and unlocked by playing the game in a very specific way - the only hint we'll give is that it involves fiery rings of fire. ;)

Doing the "fire" stage in a world unlocks the fire ring on the boss jump of that stage for your current run (you have to unlock them again on each run). If you unlock the fire ring in each world and jump through them - all on a single run - you will continue on to volcano.
