Controller problems!! Full controller support? HELP!

when trying to play the input from the controller cuts out and in constantly making it impossible to play other than using keyboard controls. HELP!

Vakoss wired usb controller.. Its a wierd one but it works fine with all my other games :/

Hmm! Are you playing in Steam Big Picture? There are a bunch of controller options you can fiddle with there, perhaps something will help in those settings? It's very hard to guess what the issue might be without having the controller here with us unfortunately

No i dont have a tv, Im just using my laptop. I played the game for a while with keyboard but i dont like using the keyboard controls. Why isn't there a input remapping?

Try other controller if you have as I said I pluged newer controller and its fine now. In my case controller with is not working is older one xbox360

I'm not happy with that response as there is nothing wrong with my controller and the game is listed as full controller support so its should work.
I been really looking forward to this game for months now but if i cant't play it with controller i gonna have to sadly ask for a refund :( which is something i really don't want to do, i need a MTB game in my life and i cant keep play downhill domination for ever...

Cheers Karolis Borkertas.. I've tryed my other controller and i have the same issue.. clearly not full controller support then :( (False advertising!)
I may get a xbox one controller soon but i won't be buying this game again not at the full price anyway

Hey chill its life nobody is perfect :D its a bug , these devs are best I ever seen they listen to us, probobly they going to fix, play it with the keyboard for a while, like i did and it was fine.

Mate, the game is in early access, there's bound to be bugs in it. The dev team is under ten people, they can't test every controller in the world, just the most popular ones. Full controller support means you can do everything in the game with a controller, not necessarily that every controller in the world can be used with the game. Just stay patient, I'm sure it will be fixed in the future!

If you have other kind of input units/controllers plugged in then unplog those.

My driving simulator gear was causing this to happen.
