Cannot save?

Why I cannot save the game? The save and load options are unavailable.

I've found a fix on the Steam forums. Go into the Commandos: BtCoD installation folder (should be Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common), open the OUTPUT folder, and open the file named Comando.cfg with Notepad. Now, paste this line:

.DEVELOP 1

And save your file.

If you're having the same problem in Behind Enemy Lines, open the same Comando.cfg (in BEL's folder, of course), and paste those three lines:

.SIZE [ .INITSIZE 3 ]
.PROFILE [ .USER 0 ]
.DEVELOP 1

And save the file.

I have tried in Behind Enemy Lines and it works perfectly.
But in Beyound Call of Duty I tried and every time I put DEVELOP.1 and initiate the game it doesn´t works when i come back in the file DEVELOP.1 desappers
I initiate like administrator

Having the same problem adding .DEVELOP 1 and than it vanishing after you open as Admin and saving. any suggestions?
