Mission 1 ending

So I came through the whole level, and only now I realised I needed a sniper bullet to go through the mines at the end... is there any other way of completing the mission?

no , you need sniper 1 or 2 bullet ( i dont remember exactly ) , to finish mission 1.

You can use pistol I guess (if not try to push boat with marine )

I had to restart it because of that one sniper bullet....Fortunately it was faster this time. Thanks anyways. :)

You must save one sniper rifle bullet in the end. Use any of your commandos to shoot with a pistol at the first mine from the shores. Then your sniper must shoot at the second mine at distance on the boat or on land. Do it as you wish.

Actually, I've found a way to get around this one if you have no sniper bullets left. I found out quite by accident, tbh. I got on the boat just with the marine, and left the other guys on the beach nearby. I drove the boat quite close to the middle of the row of mines, and before touching them, i got off the boat to swim a little. And... while diving, I started pushing the boat towards the mines. So I made them explode, three mines out of the way. Enough space to get through with the boat, right? But damn, I'd just destroyed it, right?
Well, suddenly, I remembered that the boat can be "fixed" if the marine grabs it and pulls it out again. So, still diving, I pushed the wrecks of the boat towards the beach and I got out of the water to grab the boat and fix it. That's it, with the boat repaired, I got everyone on the boat and rowed away to the buoy.
