i commented here only cus i played the game, and i hate it.

I'd rather they first the game first before adding new content that will probably just add even more bugs anyway.
That and the fact that the game was clearly launched earlier than intended as the end of the story is super rushed and makes no sense (the final boss being the worst mob to fight in the game doesn't exactly help either).
The new mode unlocked after the campaign is a fun concept but I don't understand why you refuse to add any replay value to it.
You don't have to make a game as a service to add replay value to it. Borderlands 2 was played for ages and it didn't even try to have any endgame. Just add some replay value to the endgame content and balance the game properly and players may engage with it again.
