Ascension 53 to 200 Bug

Be careful when joining other players, I joined a single player near the World Slayer main boss, this player and I beat the main boss and then I noticed that my Ascension level went from 53 to 200, they disconnected and now I'm stuck with my Ascension level at 200 and can't change it, nor can I now utilize and better my character because I CAN ONLY use 53 points (which I already had) and the game thinks I’m at 200 so I can NOT add to or advance in Ascension leveling, therefore STUCK at 53. I’ve tried resetting Ascension points, but still only have the original 53 to work with. This really sucks because NOW I'm sure other players will likely think I'm cheating, and it's screwed up my Pyro at level 65 that I just got geared up the way I wanted. I hope PCF can provide a fix. Note: This player was playing without armor (possibly moded, but not sure), if you join him or her Quit asap. PCF can you help me, and not allow others to access my “save file” data? Also, as far the Ascension points go it seems like I was 1 point off at the start, so there does seem to be a bug around Ascension points and levels, PCF please, please HELP!!!!

Hi i have the same issue than you but in my case i try to join a game, my game crash and when i restart the game my ascension level was 26 when previous it was 104.
I didnt lose my alocated points but now im 26 ascension level with 130 ascension points.
This is so stupid, now i cant pass level 98 because im gonna be max level soon and cant alocate more points.
