Can't talk to Channa

So i want to enter Worldslayer through talking to Channa. As i walk up to her and press E nothing happens.

I already restartet the game. Mainquest is also finished.

Someone have the same Bug/know a solution to it?

Also when i just want to walk forward (pressing w) the character often makes a roll like when i did a doubletap in the original game.
