Possible Bug - Emergency Stance

Today I switched from perserverence shield to emergency stance as a defensive mod.
But I have the feeling that instead of running for 4 seconds on a 10 seconds cooldown
It seems to be active all the time. I didn't notice any boosted stats when I was out of fight even with the icon over my health bar. Maybe its just the icon that is stuck there.

Please investigate this.

+1 Emergency stance is bugged, I am not sure if the buff is a visual bug. But this needs to be fixed.
