Inventory Wiped
My entire inventory was wiped clean. Only the items that were equipped remain on my char.
Is there a process for recovery?

Hey everyone - Just letting you know that we are still tracking this issue and are treating it with urgency, but it is taking some time to work on.

As mentioned in our previous Dev news update:
This is an issue that we are treating very seriously and are doing our utmost to investigate. While our upcoming patch will address one bug causing this issue, we are continuing to track down other causes.

In the spirit of transparency, while we do not currently have a system in place that can automatically restore an affected player’s complete inventory, our teams are nevertheless working hard to see what may be possible in the near future.

Once we have identified and resolved the underlying causes for this issue, as well as further investigated the feasibility of a restoration system, we will provide the community with an update and try to get affected players back on their feet.

Please keep an eye on our social channels and community for further news about this.

Thank you for responding - I hope it gets sorted out soon as it is extremely vexing - I have never seen this happen in a loot based RPG before, even in Beta testing!

Same thing happened to me. After roughly 70 hours into the demo and not seeing a legendary, I figured I somehow managed to bug my loot table/world tier so I started a new character. Got back to world tier 5 on new toon and shortly after, boom a legendary. A couple hours later I decide to head to bed and didn't have it equipped since I was testing something. Log in today to a complete inventory wipe on ONLY that character. not a happy camper....

Damn man, that sad.

I have legendary "meat" smg, but since i always run with it socked in first weapon slot - it's survived my major inventory wipe.

Ironically, I have thousands of hours in TD2, and I can tell you that I have NEVER had loot disappear. Most of the time, someone accidentally deleted their gear. I have played TD1, TD2, and CP77 in the last couple of years, and this is the only instance I can think of where loot has been wholesale obliterated by the game. You might want to rethink casting aspersions on my gaming experience.

Yeah I don't know but I have a feeling sometimes my guns seem to vanish, not all but some.

I could swear I had a blue weakness bullets LMG yesterday in my inventory.

I think there should be a "favorite" tag so we can lock our gear and see them clearly when going for mass dismantles and sales.

So I went to check my inventory and I'm surely missing a Fireworks Revolver, that was my favourite weapon in the game so far and mam, if I dismantled it by accident then we need a favourite lock tag.

And if it was wiped we need a manual save system, this game just needs to have offline compatibility saves.

i agreed nothing fixed, but looked like my char was logged with an old save instead. lost 30 items and 1 legendary. the shoes wasn't the one i was wearing before log out but an old one.

At least they seem to be taking it seriously. I live in terror that my key blue weapons will be deleted and I shall have to refarm them. But the two Legendaries I have go on my builds when I logout for now.

there is no patch yet, read patch note once more

you're right patch note will be deployed early next week.
my inventory get cleaned again, and now i'm sure of it. the auto save doesn t work as intented. To be more precise is save the char progression correctly but for some reason not the inventory. always the same items aren't deleted.

after the 3-5-21 update on the demo, all armor loot cannot be gained. i can get weapon drops, but any armor drops cannot be seen in the inventory. Armor drops from chests and enemies cannot be seen in inventory, even if i immediately open up the inventory after picking up the loot
