Hard crash to Desktop (No Error Message)

We are aware of an issue with our DX12 implementation that can cause PC players to encounter stuttering, a hard crash or shader cache issues due to an overloaded CPU.

We are investigating this urgently and hope to provide a resolution in the near future.

POTENTIAL WORKAROUND:

• Select the "Play Outriders- DirectX11" launch option when starting the game.
  
• Alternatively, force DX11 to run the game via a command line
  
  In Steam : Outriders Demo -> Manage -> Properties -> Launch option-> Write the below in the textbox without the " "
  
  "-force -dx11"

Please also check whether you have the latest NVIDIA Game Ready installed.

Same issue persists.

Everytime I enter my game (solo/Multi), specially, every time I go to Dr. Zahedi (to craft) my game crashes. Other NPC, it's not that common but, happens anyway.
*Edit*: Started having more crashes, since the April 17th.

CPU: Ryzen 9 3950x
GPU: 2080ti -> Drivers: 466.11 (16.04.2021)
RAM: 32Gb

My game crashes without error window no matter what happens. Whether it is going to a vendor, getting kicked from host game, switching to lobby from gameplay, opening inventory, or joining someone be it friend or random. Nearly unable to play due to all the random crashing. This just started yesterday, and seems to have gotten worse since.

My game crashes when I exit to lobby. No crash reports, just a straight exit to Windows. I play DX12 and this started happening just today.

У меня тоже вылетает, доходит до соглашения (даже прочитать не успел про что оно) Все варианты перепробовал. Ничего не помогло.
Мой компьютер: I9-10900KF , Z-490, RTX-3070, 32 Gb Ram
Как скоро устраните проблему? или возврат делать?

Not sure if anyone has tried it but i updated my BIOS for my motherboard and havent had a crash for the game since

This issue has plagued me all day. Freezes and then crashes to desktop during an expedition, with no crash report.

CPU : Ryzen 2800X
GPU : Nvida GTX 1080
RAM : 16GB

Tried both old (461.92 - 2021.3.16) and new (466.11 2021.4.14) Nvidia drivers, running DX11 and DX12, but still crashes. Occurs both in solo play as well as multiplayer.

So is this fixed yet? I was getting crash (actually PC reboot) when running the game despite updating Windows, MOBO, and GPU to latest drivers.

I got again today, after the patch. So I would say it's not fixed.

Oddly, still not fixed. Game only crashes for me when speaking to vendor / truck travel / NPC cut-scene. Crash-to-desktop with no error message. Happens about once or twice per hour. Otherwise it runs flawlessly. Happens regardless of DX12 or DX11. I've got a 3070, run MSI afterburner, and CTR 2.0 RC3 - clocktuner for Ryzen - frickin' awesome! Sad that this game is getting such mixed reviews. I just hit 39 hours and am really enjoying playing with my buddies. No crashes for them though. And the multiplayer works flawlessly.

I'm getting crashes when trying to exit to character select screen. No error message, just CTD. Though I am getting random startup crashes as well, so yay me

Yeah my PC still reboots anytime I try to launch this game. Doesn't do it for any other game I own so I know its a bug with this game....really would like to be able to play this on my desktop instead of my laptop.

Can't launch the game any more, crashes during the intro logo video. I've tried running it in DX11, does nothing. System is more than capable of running it.

yes, thats exactly what mine does. the game will not load- and im watching everything on my pc- cpu is at 8 percent when it crashes/reboots. graphics card at 20 maybe. like- its a ryzen 5900 xt with red devil 6900 xt. should be MORE than capable. plays EVERY OTHER game, while streaming, and other stuff, doesnt skip a beat- but wont even LOAD YOUR GAME. (0 programs running in background)
