Keep getting windows permission popup in game (UAC is disabled) and on screen keyboard opens when entering menus

I'm playing on a Rog Ally.

I have UAC disabled in windows 11. By doing so I no longer have to click ok every time I launch the game.

But in the middle of a match all of a sudden a windows pops up kicking me to desktop forcing me to accept permission (network related?) Often resulting in a loss.

This is something that happens over and over and seems to be entirely random.

Another huge issue, is when going into inventory or menu (you know those buttons all controllers have to access menus etc) it brings up the on screen keyboard.

These issues seems exclusive to outriders, don't have them in destiny 2, snowrunner, or death stranding which I also play on the rog ally.
