Win64 shipping.exe issue (fixed and solution included in post #14)
But Win64-Shipping.exe not letting this from happening, tried the below and none of them work:

1. Run as admin
2. Turn off anti-virus
3. Windows update
4. GPU drivers update
5. C++ update
6. Direct X update
7. Reinstall the demo
8. Force running Direct X 12

Anyone have any other way for me to try other than reinstalling my PC?

1. Update your video drivers.
2. Make sure nothing is overclocked in your PC . GPU/CPU/MEM
3. C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Madness delete the madness folder.
4. Right Click the demo hit properties . Verify the game integrity

That's about all that comes to mind atm with games that crash on start up

Thanks Zanarkand

The Nvidia driver is already up-to-date, and I deleted Madness in the steam folder (couldnt find it in the location you mentioned but I think we are talking about the same one).

I then verified it and downloaded some missing files, but still no luck.......... will see if there is any other ways until another game interests me and jump on to it instead

Try to find the madness folder in the steam game folder (.../Steam/steamapps/common/Outriders DEMO):
Then try to follow this guide here (it was used for Fortnite, but I believe it can help you):

Modern GPU/CPU overclock themselves, please stop. Even manual overclocking through bios will have .000001% effect of how Outriders loads or doesn't for that matter. This is coming from a PC games QA. If there's a problem with startup then it's related to Windows 10 and most likely missing DLL's. I suggest getting the latest VC_redis.x64/86 from microsoft's support page.

I have a CPU running at base clock 3.4Ghz and boost at 4.9GHz by default as well as a 4000Mhz ram which will drop back to 2666Mhz if I stopped DCOP in bios. Unfortunately this performance is not something I would like to give up for one game given the money I've put in for the hardware.

Both VC_redis.x64/86 are the latest version from MS website, Outriders still not giving me its love T_T

No, that's GPU Boost. Which i don't recommend at all. Manual clocking is the way to go always.

It's quiet common that an overclock can in fact cause issues with games. Especially GPU overclocks. It's why you benchmark for 4hrs for a stable overclock.

Some games won't even load with the smallest overclock.

Please link the source of that info because that is misleading and should be reported.

As for my source a simple google search will support my claim in any verified IT forum in regards to overclocking.

I dun have GPU overclocking, the only thing I did change in bios is DCOP to allow the ram to go to its capable clock speed, but I wont mind changing it back to default and come back to let you guys who are so nice to help out and see if this is what causing the issue, wait for me.

Updates - went into bios and turned off Ram OC and reboot, still blessed with win64-shipping

Edition - Windows 10 Home
Version - 20H2
OS build - 19042.868

I think this should be beyond 1709 version (correct me if I am wrong ^^")

Good spot there, I watched this video and it didnt prompt me to install, but in the comment someone actually put up the below link for you to manually install it (I did it myself, but after installation, still no luck but I am posting it here anyway, might be able to solve it for someone else)

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\OUTRIDERS Demo\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us

Well looks like you tried most of the suggestions found here.
https://quoramarketing.com/fix-outriders-win64-shipping-exe-error-and-ue4-madness-crash/

Although I think it mentions something about turning your fire wall off during one of the steps, and I see you turned off your anti-virus but did not mention if you shut off your firewall.

Either way best of luck, Stuff like this shouldn't happen so hopefully they fix it on their end what ever is causing it. Seems to be a common enough issue that there is tons of solutions for it all over google.

Guys, I found a fix.

I was having the win64-shipping message with the below files not functioning properly:

X3DAudio1_7.dll
XAPOFX1_5.dll

I went to the below link and downloaded both files and replace the original files located in C:\Windows\system32\

www.dll-files.com

AND IT WORKS............. hope this thread can saved someone else time and happy farming guys :)
