Anyway..
You could also get 3 Legendaries every roughly 45 minutes by doing the Hunt/Assassination/Historian quest chains. And it also gives you a metric pile of blues and purps as drops, the Hunt bosses in particular have a decent Legendary drop rate at WT15 (out of about 20 complete runs ive had 5 drop from the Hunt bosses) and you get 20 more epics from completing the quests.
its a 100% guaranteed Legendary at the end of every chain. Armor for Hunts, Weapons for Assassination, and either from the Historian.
If you're worried about legendaries, running anything other than CT15 or the questline trio is a bad time investment. That being said legendaries really arent that great for most builds and you only need 3-4 of the Tier III mods for most builds, if you need any at all.
Really I started getting legos consistently later on the game, even during the demo I got 0 after like 50 hours.
I did a few T13 on my Pyro and T15 on my Techno and drop rate seemed fine, might give it a quick go again today and see if it has changed
BTW the blues are not part of the loot pool, at T15 you cant get blues from the pod, only epics or legos, the blues you see are from the enemies you have killed.
Expedition 13+ and you'll see them regularly. Before that, nope, rare to very rare. If you're getting t15 gold then it's 4 chances at 25% for them to be legendary so you'll see them more often than not. RNG is a fickle beast.
