No Resistance Against the Fortified mod bugged?

Doesn't seem to be increasing resistance piercing by 100% of armor piercing now (though it was earlier today). Only resistance piercing i have is coming from ascension points. Tried restarting, resetting ascension points and switching out the mod.

Press shift in your inventory page and look at the value. Does it change? Can test with a weapon with armor piercing and one without...

I find it kinda pointless for early level gear when your AP is measured in 100~200k. 100K with the boost, becomes around 115k(Typically lesser as you have low ascension level points) vs a direct 16% direct damage increase with other mods due to the way how your AP fluctuates due to skill use. Fine for late level 65+ gear with base million+ AP.

No resistance again fortified + number one (weapon mod) and weapon with armor piercing + ascension points for armor piercing.

Reload your weapon and never shoot to have juicy 90 % resistance piercing
