Well-Read Tier V Accolade bug

I have completed all 339 journal entries on a single character, I haven't even so much as created an alt. The final entry that I needed was Enoch - Landmark: Radio Tower. Before getting this journal entry I was 338/339. After getting the entry I stayed at 338/339 and now the accolade won't complete even though I've gotten all journal entries. I assumed it was because I hadn't fought Yagak in the Eye of the Storm expedition yet, but after I completed the expedition, I still did not receive the accolade. My guess is that my Radio Tower journal entry somehow bugged and didn't count towards my completion and now I'm just permanently stuck on this accolade. Even when going through all of the journal entries they all show as completed at the top where it shows your entries/entries.

Any dev or player insight on this would be much appreciated.

Yea, same here.
Some journals kept getting re-locked as if undiscovered. And everytime i restarted the game, something got "re-locked". So now im down 5-6 journal entries that i know i have picked up.
I had 1 journal left to pickup when this happened, and now i can no longer obtain the accolade or achievement.
I did create 3 alts prior to this as i never thought creating alts would mess up gaming progress and accolades on other characters, its not the first i think of to keep in mind when creating a new character.

Is there any solutions, workaround, tricks we can do to get these "non -re-obtainable journals" that are missing?

i know the feeling my last journal entry was the one in the outriders camp at the end of game picked it up and it says i got it but in the game it says it hasn't been found yet as for solutions none i even messaged tech support about it and never got a reply back

I know my ECA entry 8 keeps resetting and that's the one from the prologue. I go back on a new character, reunlock it, load back into the one at end-game im playing and its unlocked but disappears again.

I have same problem, got stuck at 338/339 and it's the ECA log that's missing (from prologue). Can't get it as I played the demo and unlocked it then and now it disappeared.

I also have a similar problem with the Well-read Tier V accolade showing 336/339 journal pages read. All Journal entries are present and accounted for with the exception of ECA character 8, Sybilla May Flores from the prologue, which now appears locked. I generated a new character role and completed the prologue again with it once more and the Sybilla May Flores entry reappeared and was not locked but the Well-read remained at 336/339. Upon returning back to my main character and opening the Journal, Sybilla May Flores was now present (that is until I opened it to read it but once I closed it it became re-locked and my Well-read remained at 336/339). All other Journal records appeared to be shared between my two Characters. When I switched back to my second character, Sybilla May Flores in the Journal still shows it as being unlocked even after being opened. Is there a resolve for this glitch?

bump ; this still is an issue ; if you skip the tutorial it screws up this achivement

I think the solution to this would be to add another story point (the thing you can choose in lobby) before prologue.
The "Tutorial" point, so you can revisit it and collect missing entries.
And also to enjoy the scenery.
And also also to talk to young Jakub.

I am stuck at 338/339 here as well.

There are quite a few journal entries that are bugged out.

I was able to pick some of them up with an alt character, but it looks like the one you get from Zahedi side mission is bugged out and never awarded even after completing/recompleting the side mission.

On the other hand there are so many bugs and glitches that may not even be the missing one.

Unfortunately doesn't fix it.

Probably because Tutorial is not a story point to which you can return.
The earliest you can pick is "Prologue"

Creating a placeholder character and leaving them in the tutorial was something I tried once without any luck either. As far as I can tell, the only possible way to retain 100% journal entry completion is to only have a single character that completed all content and never make a secondary character and skip prologue. It's been bugged since beta.

Actually I did complete ALL the journals on my man character but once I begun the 3rd world campaign I took notice of the Accolades and that is when I noticed I no longer had 339/339 journals and Sybilla May Flores was missing. When I realised I could not re-obtain with my Main I created a new character to try that way but unfortunately when after it completed the prologues the accolades showed the same result and again all the journals were present on my second character. I then attempted to continue the story line to see if I was able to pickup the journals and I was unsuccessful. I then moved my second back on the time line to the end of the prologue and that cleared the logs on my second without affecting my main. I then continued the story line with the second and began picking up the logs, however I was not entirety successful there either as some of the log points did not materialise even going back on the timeline again and again. At this point while I do now have all the logs for Rift Town on my second character, I am only able to obtain 14/17 in First City as the remaining 3 are unobtainable (even though I know the actual locations to obtain them). Is this some form of data corruption server side?

The one from the body in the Container area of First City that awards the 3rd entry for Anomaly Storm is not unlocking in the journal. The area shows 17/17 completed journals on the map hud and even when relogging, trying again, and changing world tier - it will not unlock.

Those creature journals are found in expeditions. Sorry for spoilers, but the "last" one you get will be from beating Scorched Lands (meaning CT12+) Well, most likely that would be the last one you get, anyway, you could theoretically beat that one before the others. I think.

SL != EOTS. JS.

However, if you have completed every expedition and can show that you are 14/14, then yes, that is definitely a bug. I mean, if you're farming EOTS and/or doing it multiple times, I'm sure you've probably done all of them, but I try not to assume anything these days, so maybe you skipped SL.

I suggest if you've completed all expeditions and are still missing journals, then post to the Technical Support forums. But your verbiage of "finished t he game four times..." implies you beat the campaign and not necessarily every expedition. I'm not trying to sound rude, just how I acted on information I was given.

Please note, I DO hope they fix it if there are issues. It was frustrating enough to have to make a brand new character to get the last unlock in the prologue that can't be repeated, as well as having to redo the ENTIRE Outrider's Legacy quest line just to get the last journal entries in the room that unlocked partway through the final event of that chain in the bunker and since the fighting drew me out of that final room (the unlocked room), I didn't think to run back to look for journals after the fighting my first time through.
