Regarding WORLDSLAYER
Do I have to buy the WORLDSLAYER Upgrade to play teh content included in it? Or can I just get the base game and all the DLC content with it?

To play the new areas and new modes of the game (to get 100% of the game basically), you need to have the dlc.

yes you need to buy content to get content... yes that is usualy how paid for dlc work.. it would be a free client side expansion otherwise
