I just started yesterday. This game at least in the lower areas is pretty dead. Or maybe I just got a tough shard. I was on a few hours and saw or talked to no one. said there was 5 other players online. If you have some people to play with I could for sure see this being worth the purchase but i am brand new

Never appealed to me at launch after playing the demo for the main price, but the main game really gets going 2 hours + , the demo seemed a bit boring , and for £17 its great.

No I got this game gifted and trust me its definitely not worth the $$$ if money is tight. Think of this game as where the hefty 40$ pricetag is for HALF the game. The other half is 40$. This is a game that actually costs 80$ but they cut it in half and called the other half "DLC". Its extremely scummy marketing and really the only reason I play it is because I have friends who play it. I strongly recommend against this game if you dont have friends, as the population is dying very, very fast.

Even on sale I don't justify the price-tag because there is a whole lot better games that go on sale than this one with way more content and way less scummy marketing. Recommending this game is like recommending ♥♥♥♥ for 40$ when you can buy ice-cream instead. Go play Back 4 Blood, Destiny 2, or the many other games that have real sales and actual good content with an active playerbase. Hell, if you are into Path of Exile there is a new update there! And its FREE. Go check that out too :)

The games story and levelling is very Fun. Did it on all classes. The end game is just a gear grind but if you get the game cheaply it can be fun as a loot shooter with a decent story

End game I rarely find groups but at least have some friends who play.

Only buy on sale but fun game till the end grind where you just do the same content over and over looking for that perfect drop

It's a good game for the story (solid sci-fi story in the main game) and gameplay up to a certain point, it's competent, it's fun, it's smart, it's silly, but the end game is pointless and lame. I recommend.

I know it is to late .. BUT Save your money ..
They haven't even bugs that were in the game in the beginning yet and loot is crap.
