Joined a random group from matchmacking, we launch a exp and failed it after that we have return to camp we all got disc and when i came back my charac got wiped

Hello, today in France (UTC+01:00), on April 11th between 6:30 and 6:50 pm, In my Character Lordan , trickster , I had equipped a new shotgun, so I changed to go see my quest map when I came back to my equipment, it turns out that my shotgun has disappeared! But not only because it is impossible to equip anything on the first main weapon , if I try to do it it only equips the second slot.
I was playing with a friend on pc ,right next to the radio tower before bringing back the funicular .
Would you have a solution?

I, joined a multiplayer game with two other people. After a brief time where the host were lagging the session ended and i got disconected. In the lobby my caracter was naked so i tried to reconnect on solo game. When i was in outriders camp i got disconnected after 3 second with the message " Impossible to connect to outriders servers".

Crossplay with one PC user and one Ps4 user crashed. Tried rejoining, got kicked and received the cannot connect to server error. I restarted the game and noticed that my inventory had been wiped and i cannot play the game with this character anymore.

I logged into a multiplayer expedition session and nearly immediately encountered a Server Error dialog dropping me back to the main screen where I seen that my armor appeared gone, I believe my armor is gone however I cannot log into this character for more than a few seconds any longer.

Had another member in my game. While in-game. Joined as a squad and joined another game on my friends list.

While in-game joined another friend's game/party. friend's game was in the middle of finishing up the bounty/hunt in the Rift Town area.
Person in my party was able to join in the game. While I was waiting to login and eventually disconnected.

Inventory wipe just happened to my Lvl 30 Pyro (Oliba) about 20 mins ago, was teamed up with two friends and just about to go into the Babylon mission (WT15).
Was in inventory menu, then we all wiped unexpectedly, respawned back in and my gear was gone. Was force disconnected a few seconds later and any attempt to rejoin a solo or MP game after would be disconnected a few moments after getting in.
My alt character was unaffected and could log in with no issue to either game.
