Best world tier for solo

I've been playing the game with the world tier set to auto adjust to highest unlocked and gotten to 12 solo. Some of the fights were really tough but doable but now i've run into a brick wall. I'm at the village where you have to fight the boss that flies all over the screen with an axe and he just one or two shots me. I've tried using the matchmaking and although it says it will group me with people at the same part it just puts me in groups of people doing the first few zones.

I would play with friends but they stopped playing just before i got the game and my job doesn't really allow for me to play at times they're online anyway. So which world tier would be the best for solo without dialling it down to faceroll levels?

If you are geared in WT12 level stuff, try 10.

Rate your frustration level on a scale from 1-10 and then subtract that many levels from your world tier & put it back after the boss fight.

If your gear level is as high as it can be for that WT, dropping it by 1-2 is usually enough.

I am on WT9 but for Boss Fights i usually Go down one or two tiers.
