Skill leech will boost healing recieved from it.
I'm almost positive it is still weapon leech that benefits from the shots themselves. Skill leech affects the toxic damage (and maybe the AoE damage?).
What does this part mean exactly?
The way I understood it was that AP is still used to calculate your potential gun damage but then output AS anomaly where applying a resistance debuff to a target would result in more damage?
Hmm, I was just about convinced that Skill Leetch increases heal because in the stats description skill leetch says includes statuses and toxin is a status right?
Edit: Oh yeah, I mis-read. In that case your receiving healing from both sources.
So would mods that do Resistance Piercing increase the damage done to targets affected by toxin or does that only work for anomaly and not status?
The extra damage you see is from the armor pierce
The bullets shot by Blighted Rounds are dealt as Anomaly Damage and thus are affected by Resistance (and thus benefit from Resistance Piercing). I'm not actually certain about toxic/burn/bleed damage, as that might be separate from gun/anomaly damage. Resistance piercing is pretty useless on most rounds builds though. I haven't found any enemies with significant enough Resistance that the resistance piercing becomes noticeable.
I'm certainly using FP but I'm trying to maximize healing from the toxin for survivability.
If u want a prove then watch the blighted rounds builds on youtube.
There is no single technomancer build with blighted rounds that uses anomaly power.
Next time actually read what's going on and you'd be welcome to join the discussion. LOL
There are mods like increase damage by 15%/25% to enemies affected by toxic which Blighted rounds do. then you can use Blight Rounds +30% crit damage mod etc...
