Is the multiplayer P2P (Peer to Peer) or does it have a dedicated server for each region to connect to?

Servers.
And they are still terrible. And the game is always online because of this. Even when playing solo.

I've played MP games and online co-op games in the past with no issue, but this game had horrendous lag, latency, and overall connection issues. I'm guessing it's P2P, either that or the servers are just that bad.

its peer to peer and it not working from demo launch thats one month already
there is no servers for coop
i just say they will newer fix it same was with avengers its still not fixed Square enix dont care about that

it's not made by square enix though, so your logic is irrelevant
