so is it worth canceling the lvl 18 trickster and start new technomancer or finish trickster on lvl 30 and then start new char on technomancer?

You guys made me think that technomancer is actually the way better class compared to trickster or to any class at all.

I feel like technomancer will get nerfed eventually, he outclasses all the others. Game right now strongly reinforces the use of 3 technomancers to get the best results possible, not that you can't use other characters.

So with this in mind, you should end trickster, get it to 30, perhaps do some endgame with it. Then go for another character. Avoid pyro, he has some potential but is the worst for solo play. Devastator works in most situations, takes second place easy, might be few situations here and there where he could be "useless" but not as much as the trickster.

Shrug. Ran with a pyromancer earlier that killed stuff faster than my technomancer or trickster could dream of, while being seemingly unkillable. I think classes may be balanced more around their tier sets.

Seems I was wrong, it's a set bonus for no death in the bubble. Trespasser set.

Also, late game content there is really no cover.

finished campaign, imma tell you. Re-roll before it's too late, go back and pick Techno. It's by far the best in the game, at literally everything. If you want an enjoyable experience, that's what to play.

Now, if you want what's best. Just go top class tier skills. Boring but hey, close range damage is where it's at. All your ablities are crap so pick fun ones or my setup.

Borrowed time, Twisted Bullets, Throwy daggers or slow trap. (don't care if names are wrong, they all bad)

skill modifiers are for twisted bullets mostly. Firepower, crit power, 2 mags before cooldown, and daggers add damage when you shot the marked targets. Borrowed time, as long as it's active, increase firepower.

Weps, standard ver assault rifle with heal on hit and a auto shotgun with narrow on it. Tier 2 mod, crit gives 50% more crit damage.

armor and resistance doesn't do anything in this game, don't bother. Teleport targeting is random AF, you'll mostly end up killing yourself, targets being unable to be teleported behind, or guess what? Flying enemies, better suck on your thumb.

Now, this all being said, I always played highest world tier. I could do damage with this throughout the play. But no matter how I specced, even if I had 70% resistance and 90% physical resistance thanks to armor, you always get 1-2 shotted anyway. I only made it through because my Technomancer can solo the game on any level cuz the class is just sooooooooo much better at everything. I can imagine the meta being 3x technomancers. There's really no reason to play anything else to push hard content.

hate to rain on your parade. Just giving my honest opinion after testing it all. Though, tomorrow im testing end-game more. There's a little hope, that legendary armor pieces can carry trickster up a bit... but just a bit. If they offered a service to reroll my class after finishing campaign though? I'd do it in a heartbeat. No doubt.

Yeah am gonna say you must have messed up big time. Cause non of that fits my experience with the trickster.

Am currently progressing expedition tier 10. And i havent had that much issue so far other than an occasional mistake made by myself.

To OP. One critical aspect i wana point out.....play towards your class's strength. Know your abilities, know what they do, know when to use them.

Also, there are mods of tier 2 both for weapon and armor that is very very powerful. Keep a look out on these mods and what they actually do.

Yeah, I played expeditions today. They are are waaaaay easier than the campaigns world tiers. Really wierd balancing. Found the meta for trickster damage aswell.

Armors - Anomaly power, close range damage, cooldown reduction.
Weapons - put "convert 30% of anomaly power into firepower" T2 mod
and you'll end up with a 100% weapon damage increase, over 100% close range damage increase, and over 500% anomaly damage with 50-75% cooldown reduction on every ability. And you'll have space over for defensive or offensive mods on your armors.

Buuuut, we've had stable servers for a while, but incessant UE4 crashes that ruins every expierence and attempt in the game. So ♥♥♥♥ it, I'll leave this game now. Hope you all tricksters and everyone else has a good time. Maybe I'll give it a look in a year.
