for those complaining about day 1 problems
you are entitled people who spend all their time on their phones and social media most likely
and believe every word spouted on those platforms like mindless parasites

are you gonna work on a game for 20 plus years? to make the game absolutely perfect?
are you going to spend a ton of money you don't have to make a game perfect? here is my opinion. developers spend sever years developing a game sometimes nearly a decade. they only have very few QA testers( so help me if you don't know who they are or what they do GET THE ♥♥♥♥ OUTTA FORUMS) and funds to pay them with every project has a limit to funds. now our job as early adopters of said game is to give the developers feedback and a list of all the problems we have encountered a detailed description is a best take on this but meh not everyone is selfless and understandable. god knows this isn't just limited to just games. you think brand spanking new graphics cards come off the shelves working completely flawless? HELL NO not a damn computer part is ever working flawless that's what drivers are for, consoles the same thing. we are the early adopters. we are whats going to make this game better and sooooooo much less buggy and playable for the future players. so if you have a problem with that. don't ♥♥♥♥♥, don't complain, and certainly stay off the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pre-order list. and if a developer, admin so on has ready this and gotten this far, GREAT JOB GUYS keep up the damn good work i had no faith in this game till i played it. potential for lots of growth here and new characters.

I hope you buy something and it doesn't work and someone rants on you on how dare you expect something you bought to work. Cheers, mate.
there is absolutely no excuse for buying a broken product, somehow not only is it acceptable but its the norm.... smh

They'll just say "this is different though!" and ignore how hypocritical they are.
How are you defending an unusable product? lol... I work in engineering and its completely possible to design something not to fail... otherwise you'd all be dead from bad water or buried under buidlings
Even demo kick me out from the servers, i wanted to buy this game but WHY ? this is unplayable if you cannot log in duh

This ^^^^. I write software. It has to work on day one, else real people can actually die. It is fully achievable to write working code/infrastructure.
So according to op: expecting game devs to actually learn from the 2 decades of failed and successful online launches makes you "entitled".

And you can't criticize a game unless you have made a game yourself.

So remember: next time you go out to eat and your order is wrong, you better check yourself and eat it unless you are a chef at a Michelin star restaurant, you entitled jerks.

Learn to be a bootlicking, submissive beta, like op.

I work in non soft-ware part of dev [languages] and if anything faulty got out to release, it would be unacceptable. I really don't get the end-game of brainlet simp white knights. Does it make them hard to get people rightfully angry when they pretend this is okay?
...soooo, I am not sure what industry that you work in but in every engineering shop I have worked in these kinds of issues are never acceptable. It's only in the gaming industry that people seem to accept it. I think it's because it's so common and that is not a good thing. So OP, this is not acceptable. I am willing to wait because I want to play the game but this is NEVER acceptable.

that´s why there´s early access, you don´t release a game and excpect ppl to pay full price and beta test it ....

Well, technically there is in-house alpha for play testers, public/focus tester alpha, in-house beta, f&f (friends & family) beta, public beta and a variety of other steps until the final product (like an older demo build) but at some point in the progression of the industry and people's mindsets, we've arrived into a timeline where a 60€ game has the QA and play testing done by the general public. I mean, technically it's cheaper and you get a huge volume of data simply browsing online and looking at crash/bug reports, but at the same time a lot of these issues would simply have been easier to fix by not letting them slip through the crack in the first place.

Exactly.
Imagine being so brainwashed that not only buying product that don't work is fine, but you defend the manufacturer and attack whoever dare to complain.
This post is rude: "you are entitled people who spend all their time on their phones and social media most likely
and believe every word spouted on those platforms like mindless parasites". I was complaining to my friends about day 1 problems. That is why I feel attacked by this post. I also comlimeted the good parts of the game. As long as we can't play the story offline and the servers are not running every complaint about it (the connection issues) is valid. I would understand server problems if it was an alpha/beta release but it is not the case, and don't compare it to other game releases, don't defend mistakes. Such problems are expected and shoud be fixed upon the release. Comments that defend such problems are part of the problem.
Those that did write a negative review eventually will change their mind when it is fixed.
The game is beatiful and has a bunch of great elements that are much better implemeted than those in other looter shooter games.
Don't lure readers with the thread title and call them "mindless parasites", that is rude. Please delete this thread, or change it.
And why should that be a point not to be in a bad mood for this?

Example: "Here is your new car! Sometimes the brakes won't be available, but thats not a problem if you stay at home. We are looking into this and tell you when you brakes will be, in general not all the time, available. Thats for purchasing and have fun with your product."

Would this something you would also defend like your entrance post? ... No? Why? A Car development needs more than a decade, so it's more technique and software as every gaming pc and game together. But there wouldn't be allowed to have such a behaviour. But game companies (which only take the right to do this, while it is descibed in EULA AND mostly accepted by the community!!!!!!) have the right to do this? And you also defend it? ... Did you paid less than me? ... can't understand the logical reason behind. I 've bought a product and i want to use it. If it's not working i "normally" having a refund benefit from the factory company, which is international preassured by law to do this! ....
So again my question: " Why should i not be in bad mood, for this issue?"

Think about before "damning the whole world!"
--Just my 2 cents --
Ok happy Alpha testers, give me a shout when game willbe playable because for now you cannot log in to Demo :p
