HDR on PC (with an HDR monitor)

I played the Demo yesterday before buying the game, and everything was working perfectly. I could enable HDR in the game (without enabling it on windows) and all was perfect!

today i purchased the game and installed it and HDR option is not visible unless I enable it on windows. The issue with this is that the colours look like washed out, like the tone of the skin of my character looks like orenge'ish. The game wasn't broken in the demo, and now i feel like i paid for a broken game.

Im running this on a 2080 ti with a Predator X35 monitor. I also installed the latest driver to try and troubleshoot this but to no avail.

this is an absolute shame. Why is it that nowadays there isn't a game that releases that just works. it's impressive that we customers are paying for something broken.

Same here. I could easily tell HDR was enabled (doesnt work unless i decrease hz on my monitor) and then no option?

i run mine @ 200hz - yesterday on the demo all worked fine without having to enable HDR on windows which i hate to do it.. i could just enable it in the game options and everything looked great. Games should all be able to enable HDR within the game (like this one was on the demo) and not force us to enable HDR on windows.. It's just plain stupid...

I was just gonna make a thread about this. The HDR looks HORRIBLLY washed out, too contrasty, and everything looks orange.

Granted that you have an HDR monitor, it's not meant to be like that... Devs ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up....

HDR is completely broken. The game is nearly unplayable with it on.

I hate them for braking the game... The demo was perfect and running fine... whoever approved this for a release in the company should be fired for being an incompetent ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥..

WTF hdr was good yesterday in the demo on odyssey G7, ive bought the game and now hdr gone??? seriously??? i'm disapointed after cyberpunk, another bugy mess?

Yup HDR is broke for me as well. I even reinstalled the newest NVIDIA driver. Still broke. I had to turn it off and HDR did not turn my screen into a fall colors filter
