Perpetuum Mobile for Tool of Destruction nerfed?
Did they nerf the weapon mod Perpetuum Mobile for Tool of Destruction use?
It doesnt seem to trigger the refresh anymore. Or im doing something wrong. (could be)

This was fixed a patch or two ago. PCF called it a bug fix but it effectively meant the minigun version of ToD build was destroyed. Time to move to a build that actually can complete end-game.

i do have a build, but wanted to try out the tools...
without ammo gain.. they are useless.... like many other skills...

It was nerfed a while back. No clue why because Minigun is all but useless in the way they intended for us to use it. 100/200 bullets > cooldown > 100/200 bullets > cooldown. When Minigun is your main source of damage and defense (which uses a lot of mods specifically for that skill) you are like a baby seal while on cooldown. I feel the legendary set bonus should be able to let us refill our magazine unlimited times not just once.

Anyway, you can use Blight Turret to Toxic enemies or use your Punch to Toxic enemies and use armor mod Toxic Lead for 40% ammo back on kill. Problem is even with ammo regen it is hard to get gold on a lot of maps just due to how slow you move with the turret.

Before I stopped playing I used Scrapnel with Downpour armour set and ToD rocket launcher.
Mods to affect scrapnel and one for rocket damage.
I couldn't gold every expedition because of how enemies acted but there were plenty you can do on CT15 gold.

You sure toxic mag works with the minigun?
The minigun is anomaly weapon so it has no kill shots and if i remember correctly toxic mag only triggers on kill shots not kills by one of your powers.
