Sometimes the patch comes with instruction. If not, just replace the files in the game directory folder with the ones from the patch. Open your directory folder from steam library, right click the game, properties, local files, browse local files.

Wait, do people not realize that the reason they didn't add back in the content into these games is because they wanted to upsale you on a 6 dollar "uncensor patch for steam version" on dlsite..?

Other publishers didn't go this route and sold a lot more copies of OneOne1 games on Steam, cough cough..

I think it's true. The original H-contents were purchased from the developers by some fans before released in english. Apparently the developers want to make more money by selling them individually.

Maybe. Open the game files through the library. Right click the game, properties, local files, browse local files. Then put the patch files into the folders. The name of the patch files and folders will be the same with the ones in the game directory, so it's pretty easy to know which replace which.
