Windows 7 Support

The Steam Store page says Win 10 for minimum requirements, but it works fine on Win 7.
However the game did not started on its own, it did nothing, just started and stopped, without any errors. Although starting the game from its own exe however revealed a xinput1_4 dll error.
This can be easily fixed by methods on google/ytube.
Enjoy the game, as much as i do!

It works for now.
There's no saying if it will in a future update.
People used to get Sea of Theives to work on W7, but further updates disabled that.

Hi Bro, I have a question; have you been able to play this game on Windows 7 (64bits)?
It doesn't start for me, not even placing the file xinput1_4.dll
Do you have any idea how to help me?

Hey, so you have copied (and renamed) the dll into game directory (Your drive > Steam > Steamapps > Common > WerewolfTheApocalypseEarthblood?

The directory's contents looks like this
-Engine folder
-WW folder
-WW exe
-xinput1_4 dll

You should leave the original file alone, just make a copy of it, do not rename it in its original place. Only rename the one you've copied inside the WerewolfTheApocalypseEarthblood folder

Today i played another game that using same engine, and it does not need the dll copy, its hard to tell why, but if i have to guess, Unreal4 have several versions perhaps older ones requires the workaround. This dll copy helped me with another two games plus a demo.

Glad it works for you aswel, enjoy the werewolf adventure, and remember to this method as long as you are on Windows7.
