is a good character, excellent tools, very fun to play, isn't busted anymore.
I guess everyone just mutually agreed to have honor & not use her, then never went back even after her nerfs. Also the fusion chars exist.
But I still like both 21s; sucks I have to swap out between Goku SSJ & Trunks though; raw sparking grab super LV3 is almost a free win.
She received the same universal buffs as everyone else. Only thing got nerfed is recovery frame data after 5M and 2M in the last patch, which only matters if you end your blockstring there to reset pressure or do them in neutral for some reason. Otherwise she got only buffs after her initial nerfs including the meter if I remember correctly, either way nothing significant.
I can see how someone could think this is a big deal, but this changes almost nothing. 5M still has vacuum effect, 2 hit normal which you can cancel after first hit. 2M is also cancellable 2 hit. Still great neutral, still insane damage, still 6 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lows. Permanent debuff. Fundamentally she is the same, but with less options to stagger. That's it. You can still spam 4L, 5L4L spam, both her 6H and 3H safe on block and can be used to bait or reset as well+reverse beat with 5H. Still a monster at everything
