Can't sign the "Menu" button on keyboard?
Hello, I literally bought FighterZ today. I have being trying to map out my keyboard. I have a generic controller too but honestly, using the controller turned out to be way more difficult than what I expectefd, considering that I barely have any experince with it.
Normally my Menu button is on the "Start" button on my controller but for some reason I can't sign it to my keyboarde? I mean the button is there but for some reason it doesn't want to open the menu via the keyboard, so I neede to keep my controller always connect in order to access the Menu which is very uncomphortable for me. Do you know what's the button for the menu and how do I asign it to my keyboard?

From there you can asssit any key to any of the buttons on the controller. Including the "start" button; but I would make sure numlock is activated or deactivated if you gonna use any of those keys; because that will matter when playing. Say num lock is activated, you pick "num4" as your light button. But once ingame, you deactivated numlk, the game wont pick up on num4 at all until you activate numlk.

And if you want to reasign the buttons on your controller; you need to get into offline mode or an online lobby: Pause> Options> Button Settings.
There you can swap wich button on the controller do what or set it all default. Be aware changing this will also change their functions to each of the keys you customized on keyboard; since technically the keyboard is setup to be each button input from the controller.

When you go to button mapping and keyboard settings, the menu button is the icon with three horizontal lines. It should be the 10th botton or 14th if you include "save settings", "check buttons" etc

I know and I did asign that button to my keyboard but it doesn't access the menu still. That's my problem.

Oh, thanks. Apparently, the Tab button is the default Menu button on keyboard.

And oh, yeah, I have no problem with resigning the buttons on my controller. This is pretty much the first thing I tried, thinking that using the controller would be more comfortable for me but I was wrong.
