Fix it on steam deck please

I want to play this casually, do practice mode and story. I only ever sit at the PC to play vs with a friend.

I feel like a month ago i got it to work on Steam Deck and I tried it yesterday again since then and it didnt work.

I'm going to try the offline fix later see if I can get it going. From what I read it would take nothing for the dev to enable it.

Anyone was capable to make it to work on steam deck? If I uninstall the easy anti cheat, it will work again?

I followed this guide. Just the first bit about installing Proton GE and it works for offline play. I didn't bother with the "run without EAC" bit because I don't play online.
