cannot get past the press any button screen

key board buttons and controller do not work. ive tried opening normally and through big picture mode.

so it wasnt press any key... apparently the only key that works is the enter key button. A little misleading. also my ps4 controller wasnt being picked up correctly. Opening it in big picture mode, controller works for any other game but this one.

figured out the controller issue had to enable steam input
