Legendary edition has all characters?

Last time there was a discount I bought the "ultimate" (sarcasm on) edition, then I get in game and there was still quite some chars to buy to have all.

I refunded, so this time I ask in hope the despicable practices have stopped.

Legendary edition has all characters, unlike ultimate edition.

I understand your position that the name is misleading, but at the same time a game's main steam page usually has description of any pack that you're purchasing. All you had to do was just a little look around and you'd quickly find that dbfz store page described what each edition gave. Ultimate edition was created when there was only 1 season but wasn't updated with further releases
