30 FPS on Battery Issue
I am having issues when playing DBFZ on battery on my laptop. The game will only run at 30 fps no matter what the graphics settings are even though my laptop has no issue running the game at 60 fps from a hardware perspective. I have a Dell Inspiron model I7567-5000BLK-PUS and I have changed the power settings both in Windows and in the Nvidia and Intel control panels to maximize preformance. I can not seem to get the game to run at 60 fps. Is there anything anyone knows that I can do to fix this?

Be happy that you are getting 30. Some ppl playing at 25 fps
30 fps is unplayable to many online players. Anything below 60 fps makes the game slower overall.

god have mercy of people that play against you, your fps actually make peoples games slow too once the game tries to sync you two....
Laptops usually have some sort of option to limit system wide FPS when on the battery. Check either the Nvidia control panel or the intel HD options and see if you can find the option. If not it may be set in some vender specific application.
