Basically for him to be a viable character in any serious manner of play he needs 3 assists... 1 for neutral to let him actually find a way to approach, 1 for combos to get past his low damage, and 1 to enable his pressure.... and even if that were possible his rekka is inferior mix to any character with a special that leaves them airborne and it makes him extremeley linear which translates to being predictable.
he is definitively the worst character in the game... which sucks. And Arcsys has to figure out how to fix what is the worst designed character on the roster when none of the obvious fixes would make much of a difference at all.
But with that said if you wanna play him then play him. Unless your goal is to win tournaments Tier Lists are largely meaningless.
Hes really good in the corner but that is about it, he really needs some kind of buff or rework
To be fair i still think beerus is bottom tier as he don't have anything he accels at.
thats what i mean, this is team based game and android 17 is more of a point character, if you keep his stance on and press randomly, opponent cant read that attack pattern especial Light Stance. Medium stance for charge attack at mid range.
since the patch, beerus has become real. you actually have to respect his balls now.
