DragonBall SlowMotion Z
Thanks for giving me a game where i paid 60€ to play at 60 FPS with a free bonus of SLOW MOTIONESS by the devs.

Are you f.king kidding me? Why the heck when i make 2-3 lvl 1 super combos the PC gets in slow motion? So i can see it better?

I'm a noob player, with around 110.000 BPs in 25 rankeds, and i was agaisnt a poor guy with 45.000 BP , i was having a fun "practice" match but with the PC in slow motion??? Why this slow motion happens! I'm not used to this and he almost won the match thanks to the slow mo!
My lord and savior carryed me the game (Yamcha) in a 2vs3, otherwise it would be a disaster.....Please fix this slow mo thing Bandai ffs. :steamfacepalm:

Not to be a jerk, but a 1050 Ti and a i5 7400 really is not that great at all. A super outdated GTX 970 and an old i7 4790k is stronger for example.
I doubt your setup is strong enough to set oversampling without having slowdowns, especially the i5 may give you problems since this game wants to use at least 6 core-threads.

Lol I run this game 100% smooth on max settings with a GTX 760 and an i5 4460. I have no slowdowns whatsoever. This game could probably run on a toaster, just like Guilty Gear Xrd.

Slow motion can happen online for a couple of reasons : the latency between you and your opponent can be too high and the game slows down for both of you in order to catch up (you can see if that's the case by looking at the frame delay on top of the screen, anything more than 3-4 is already too much) or your opponent has a ♥♥♥♥ computer and has below 60 FPS, or FPS drops when using supers with a lot of effects. It will cause the game to slow down for you so that your opponent can catch up with his lower than ♥♥♥♥-tier computer.

If you have slow motion offline tho, it's 100% coming from your PC. Clean it up.

Watch the replay and if there is no slowdown, its most probably the other guy´s pc laggin.
I remember a match that whenever I use Piccolo Hellzone Granade + Vegeta assist a really big slowdown happened ,but my fps were still rock solid 60.
The game probably slowdown on your end so both players dont get a desync because the other player might be runing at less than 60FPS. I remember that happening on GGXRD Sign too.
yeah um also how much ram do you have. If let's say you have like 4 gigs sorry but um you need more. If you think you have a godly computer, when in fact it's okay. Than don't be alarmed if you cannot max out. (It's not Half-life, still kinda demanding)

Make sure your server download region in Steam options is the same area you plan to play Dragon Ball FighterZ online ... for some reason if you don't have them similarly matched things will go haywire with lag. This issue has been known about since the game came out on PC.

I download from New York but live in eastern Canada... and when I would join a Canada East lobby I had like 200 ping to a location VERY close to me... 15 ping to US East because of Steam download region settings.
How do i put that to go to the closest server automaticly? Im from portugal and i was playing in french server

I highly doubt since the PC runs every other game fine at maxed out graphics (Battlefield 1, Overwatch, World of Tanks etc)

I have the same graphics card as you and a worse processor, a dual-core i3, and the game still doesn't stutter at all on max. I'm inclined to assume it's an issue with your computer.

Ohhhhhh looks like my GTX 1050 TI 4GB and i5 7400 quad core 3.50 GHZ isnt enought to run this game! Blind ♥♥♥♥! The probleme is in the opponent computer and in his useless system!
I mean...that's not really an amazing PC.

Oh boi, I've said it a lot of times in another thread, but I guess I'll say it again.
It's your enemy's PC that's a potato... In fighting games, both players need to be at an "even" ground, so take that into consideration, and the game chooses the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PC between the two players as the base.
This happened in Guilty Gear, it's nothing new if you guys played previous titles by ASW.

I'll never understand the fascination of building a PC. I mean, I wanna do that to get a good gaming PC, but my family won't let me. I'll just save my money for Alienware laptop (I prefer laptops better then desktops because my back would ache like crazy in a chair). Doesn't matter if it's expensive, as long as I can run a game smoothly, it's good enough for me.

Cheaper in the long run, you choose your own components and it doesn’t come pre-installed with garbage bloatware

Welp, I'd rather not spend my time learning how to build a PC, even if I did, my family won't allow me. So I'll just wait for Christmas and get a Gaming PC built already for me.
