Is Cooler a big character?

I'm not sure if it's known if Cooler can jump cancel his j2h.

Also that feature isn't exclusive to big characters. Vegito can't, Yamcha, 16 and Broly all have divekick j2hs.

It looks like Cooler's j.2H is similar to Beerus in that it sends the the opponent to the other side and not up. It might be jump cancelable, but even if it is I feel like he wouldn't get good damage from it. What makes him potentially scary are his ground specials.
