WTF. I can't play another fighting games after playing DBFZ
Playing DBFZ 3 months ago, Today, I open another fighting game. WTF. The action and movement is too slow. It is too boring. I need to switch it back to DBFZ. Dam Arc & Bandai. It is a new level & era of fighting game standard

Hard to move away from mashing buttons and auto combos, they just make doing so little feel like so much.

Actually, I don't know someone said auto combo is cons. Auto combo is assistant only. If you don't like it, you can input command manually .

I am not talking about auto combo's, i am talking about macro. 1 button > do a juggle combo.
As in, press 7 > "XXYYB 234 B" for example. PC players can and will do this if they so desire. Of course not everyone does this, but the premise of fighterZ fighting mechanic remains the same.

Fighting in FighterZ is extremely boring once you can do manual combo's, it is always the same;

hit confirm? juggle end with level 1 or 3.
hit confirm? juggle end with level 1 or 3.

hit confirm? juggle end with level 1 or 3.

dead character, rinse and repeat for the others.

In games like soul calibur you need to side step to evade, think about positioning, and actually calculate the moves you are about to do. FighterZ is weak in comparison to other fighting games. Just use mix-up for a hit confirm and juggle your way to victory.

i am well aware of how to do them, it doesn't make FighterZ a better fighting game however. In fact, i stopped playing BECAUSE i knew how to do manual combo's, the battles became VERY stale at that point. i dropped the game and sold it, still had a bit off fun, but not as much as i would have hoped.

If you think there's nothing more to this game than combos, then you have no clue how to play this game.

You may try to watch high level fighting game race SonicFox vs GO1. 15 matches, all the same? I can see each match each story. I know there may be appear many same sets of combo or moment. But it doesn't happen in DBFZ only, it is also in all fighting games.

What is your target of playing fighting game? ranking or funny. I can see SonicFox & GO1 getting funny in game. As you known, more player was switch to play DB from SFV. I think it is a evident to show DB is the best game in this moment.

You do realize that most of what people consider the best tools for the various characters in FighterZ are those that grant advanced approach options, better mobility options or teleports, strong high/low options, etc, right?

Everything you mentioned is in Soul Caliber has a paralell in FighterZ, which demonstrates you have no idea what you're talking about. FighterZ is *heavily* in favor of characters that have tools that allow them to dominate neutral, mix you up, and control space.

It's crazy, usually im in the same rut of a handful of multiplayer games (overwatch, pubg, chiv, etc) and I cant play a session more than 4 hours tops without getting bored of having to go be productive. Not with fighterz though. This is the first time ive sat and binge played a game like a kid in a long time. All though holy hell does anybody leave a session feeling mentally drained and sweating? It's like doing competitive overwatch and trying to carry for hours.
