Help! i need Help connect ing my brand new mayflash f500

Hi i need help connecting my mayflash f500 fightstick to fighterz but nothing seems to be working, can anyone help me?

Make sure it's in Ximput mode there should be a switch for it.

its not working still

Try both, I have a RAP5 and all I had to do was make sure it was on Ximput and it worked just fine from there, worst case nothing will happen even while you are flipping switches and hitting buttons.

its not working still

If it isn't working after swapping to Ximput I'm not sure then, I tried but I don't actually own that specific model, like I said I have a Hori RAP 5.

ok so i unplugged it just now, i got it setup to xinput, and i have the second switch to Dinput no lights are showing though

ok so it tells me im using a steam controller when i plug it in

it tells me its a "generic gamepad" now. i put the button mapping and everything but its not working still

how to i try it as a steam controller? i have it on xinpuut|XY switches on

If you still haven't gotten it to work by now I can't help you any farther, I have no experience with that model unfortunatly, good luck though.

i feel likle an idiot, i found the issue and got it working. it is a usb 2.0 and i was plugged into a usb 3.0, so i went and plugged it into the usb 2.0 ports on my computer and it started working!
