Is the dlc worth it?

I'd say buy the ones you like

For example I like Kefla, but there are others that are better than her like UI Goku

if you like the characters then go for it. you have pretty solid characters in the base roster

Try the FighterZ Edition because it includes DLC characters. I think the Ultimate Edition is the same as FighterZ but only adds music and voices, etc.

It's worth it, especially the ones in the last season pass, they feel like they belong on DBFZ2 tbh lol

We have enough players who have the exact same team, both gogetas and UI Goku, it's getting kinda boring.

I have all dlc. Even the ones I don't like as characters. Worth it, it's nice to have variety and you get them dirt cheap on sales. All characters are good and viable. Some are more brainless play enabling, some require more thinking, but not by much and all that doesn't matter once you're somewhat decent at the game. There are tier lists where top players try to determine who is overall best or better than the other, but none of that will ever matter to you unless you are going to spend 2000 hours in this game, it has a wide range of skill fluidity, and even then, balance wise, dbfz is in it's best shape and is one of the most balanced fighting games out there.

Best and cheapest way to get all characters on sale is to buy FighterZ edition +season2 +season3

I think its better to buy all of them. you know in the future maybe you wanna try some of them out. all of them have interesting combo paths. most of all the last season pass characters

If you are a true fan of DB you will want to have as many characters as possible.

You can start by acquiring your favorites, I particularly give preference to strong characters that are from canonical history
