Using mods (cosmetic only) online

I wanted to mod my characters, and have seen a ton of online content of people using mods online. Is it safe to use character mods online or will I be banned?

You can't use mods.

The people playing "online" with mods, are streaming the game or playing locally wtih friends.
DBFZ have 0 online tolerance for mods, because modders would find a way to sneak PAST the restrictions to modify values and other things online and make the game ASSUME is just cosmetic, while having god mode, instant kill full screen unblokeable moves, etc.

The Only way you can use Mods Online is by using Parsec
no official support
if you try normally you'll get disconnected at start of match
maybe get banned for a week
