If timed correctly, an IAD >j.H turns into what it's called a "safejump" meaning that it will either HIT or you'll fall right on their start-up and you block it, you just old back when doing that (this works primarly again basic wakeup timing)
IF you block a LV3, you can just punish, there's no possible follow-up
IF they decide to Vanish on a generic DP like gohan's dragonpunch, you can flat out 2H em on that vanish ... NO REVERSAL INTO VANISH is gapless, you can literally fit a 2H and pretty much kill with a Touch of Death.
Roshi included
A) hit the opponent on frame 1 you can hit them, to put them in blockstun or hit confirm
B) if they do a reverzal or lvl3, that hit frame will whiff and you will land on the ground, thus you can block this kind of wake up right away.
Now about Janemba and Kefla; Im going to assume you mean on Janemba's teleport and Kefla's command dash, yes both characters are invincible during the frames they dissapear from the screen (like Basegeta or Blueku); but those moves have startup animations and/or recovery wich can put them vulnerable on whiff/block for punishes.
As for Roshi's DP and armor, the same thing puts him very vulnerable and with a propper IAD jH you can block him and he eats your jH with the armor. The trick is what kind of knockdown you are doing, if is slidding, your opponents can delay the tech to avoid your wake up pressure; and if is hardknockdown; its your fault for not time or perfomr the IAD jH pressure in propper time.
You have options, you respect the wake up incencibility; bait it out (because they can be easily punished); or you can keep the pressure but be ready to take defense or adapt your wakeup pressure if they delay wake up.
Its a matter of trade, I would recommend you to practince against the moves you struggle the most, like set Adult Gohan to counter with his DP (quarter circle forward and medium; or 236M); so you put him on the corner, perform 2H SD jH, to put him on slidding knockdown, then you IAD jH against his wakeup; if you MANAGE to see your jH go through Gohan and can block his move consistently, congratulations, you got a wakeup pressure on normal slidding and hardknockdowns; and when the opponent does an small delay or full delay, it will allow you to defend yourself instead of being hit or press more buttons to pressure.
Trust me this game has a lot to learn and information is not lacking on the internet in general. you just gotta be sure the information you find is still relevant and not outdated.
What is this "Half invis" you're talking about? Are you talking about moves that start on frame 2 or something or moves that are invincible to ki blasts or...?
