Maybe 80% of the games re-tell a shortened version of the events of DBZ, and the rest either tell their own stories, tell no stories at all, or cover the original DB.
DB and DBS don't really have any proper games yet. Gotta watch the anime to get these two, although DB can be skipped IMO if the 80s comedy/adventure shtick isn't your thing.
i mean in the worst case i could watch who is who in youtube, just wondered if theres any Naruto Storm style game for it. I dont think that i will play any of those (exept the new kakarot maybe) cause its not like Storm series where u can learn everything in 2 days
Tenkaichi 2 or 3. I recommend 2 myself.
Good too, just having grown up playing all of them I thought 2 was the best.
You're asking for a pretty big commitment there. DB, Kai and Super add up to 442 episodes. At 20 minutes per episode we're talking about more than 147 hours, or almost an entire week, dedicated to nothing but Dragon Ball. And you wouldn't even have seen DBZ which a lot of fans would recommend over Kai, just to get the "full experience".
p.s. DBZA does only cover from the start of Z up to the end of the cell saga though.
