Just different age.

Mmm… There is no Z-Unions for SSJBs, actually, only for SSJs. Only exceptions are Kid Buu and Fat Buu, and they are lore-wise separate entities.

If this was true then I would expect SSJ and SSB to have the same z-union, along with Kid Buu and Majin Buu sharing the same z-union.

They does. There is no Z-Unions for SSJBs.

Hmm, in that case then I take back what I said, it does make sense for Adult Gohan and Teen Gohan to share a z-union then.
